Daniel Harvey
Founder and COB
Daniel Harvey is the founder and director of the West Coast Commercial Diving School in Cape Town, South Africa, one of the institutions approved by the International Marine Contractors Association which an annual turn out of one hundred trained professional divers and diving supervisors from different countries targeting different industries. With more than 7000 hours of valuable diving experience, Daniel Harvey has been actively involved in marine projects in Africa as Instructor, Diver, Diving Supervisor and manager.
Daniel Harvey is a Law graduate from the University of Cape Town. He also holds a Saturation Diving Certificate from France.
Soheil Malek Ahmadi

By 2002, he was involved in Darya Kav e Jonoob Company as a deputy manager and a member of diving party.
In 2004 he started his cooperation with Rah Goshayn e Darya, both as a diver and director of diving projects in Persian Gulf vicinity. Benefitting years of scientific and practical experience, he founded Persian Offshore in collaboration with Daniel Harvey in 2007.
He is a civil engineering graduate and holds diving paramedical and directorship certificates from South Africa.
Farnoosh Moalem
Founder and Vice COB
With years of valuable experience in management, marketing and customer relationship management, quality management, and health and safety management for different companies since 2003, Farnoosh Moalem is the Vice COB, Internal Manager and Quality Control Manager at Persian Offshore Co. Her professional background includes working for Arya Net Telecommunications Company as Vice President and Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager, as well as cooperation with Gam Parak Chemicals Company in quality management department. Since 2006, she has been a member of the board of directors, also the Internal Manager and Quality Control Manager at Persian Offshore Co.
Farnoosh Moalem is a graduate of Applied Chemistry from Azad University.
